Shipping - We dispatch from the London in the UK. Postage costs will be added to your order at the checkout. We aim to dispatch within three working days of receiving your order and payment being cleared unless specified in the product description. We will inform you if there is any delay. We post within the UK using Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcels, which takes 1-3 days. Please contact us before you order if you would like to upgrade to Special (guaranteed next day) Delivery. 

Product Descriptions - We hope that our products have been described as accurately as possible, but please contact us if you require any more information. As our products are hand printed and handmade, some slight variations may occur due to the hand printing process, ink batches and the natural texture of the fabric. If you are concerned about colour matching, please ensure that you buy items from the same production batch. Please contact us regarding batch orders.

Returns - We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us within ten days of receiving your item. Items should be returned unused in the original packaging, please ask for proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit. We offer a full refund or exchange, please let us know the reason why you are returning the product, as postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
